February. Argentina was the guest of honour of ARCOMadrid 2017 in #ArgentinaPlataformaARCO. Detail of Cecilia Szalkowicz’s work in “En el ejercicio de las cosas” curated by Sonia Becce and Mariano Mayer.
March. The artist Donjo León did the project Presencia in Corrientes, with the Relieves Program. In-Territory Artistic Experiences together with Ministerio de Cultura de la Nación.
April. Leaning Duets [after Trisha Brown], group coreography with all the assistants of the rro, Dixit, launch, curated by Sarah Demeuse and Javier Villa.
May. At the arteBA 2018 launch, the third edition of arteBA Magazine was presented.
#arteBA2018. 90 galleries from 20 countries and more than 370 exhibited artists. Ruby gallery, Main Section.
15 Special Projects Patio Bullrich at the Main Section. PSM gallery from Berlín, with works by Awst & Walther, Eduardo Basualdo and Ariel Reichman.
#arteBA2018 had 16 artists at the Cabinets AA2000 of the Main Section. Liliana Maresca in Rolf Art’s Cabinet.
Chris Sharp chose 15 galleries from 9 different countries for U-TURN Project Rooms by Mercedes-Benz. Proyectos Monclova from Mexico City with Martín Soto Climent’s works.

Bufeo. Amazonía + Arte gallery and artist Andrés Matías Pinilla were the winners of the tenth edition of the Premio en Obra.
rro, Dixit’s curatorial project, had many interventions off-site. Rabid Lords by Ieva Misevičiūtė was a public intervention and coreography held in Plaza Italia.

Curated by Mariano Mayer, Gastón Pérsico and Cecilia Szalkowicz, Isla de Ediciones offers hundreds of art publications thanks to Proa, Ternium Siderar and Federico Churba.
The new section Performance Box, with the support of the Performance Biennial and Arte x Arte, had the participation of performance artists and a video program.
June. Within the framework of the Relieves program, the book Transtemporal was presented. The artist Marcela Sinclair brings together 100 children from Cafayate who collaborated with drawings and stories.
October. Marianna Simnett, British artist winner of the URRA residency, with Alan Segal, video curator of arteBA Focus #2.
Sebastián Vidal Mackinson and Florencia Battiti, curators of arteBA Focus #2, November 4th and 5th.
31 Argentinian galleries and 68 artists participated of arteBA Focus / Distrito de las Artes weekend.

In the afternoon, arteBA Focus had a DJ set program that started with Momo Trosman’s music.

In the arteBA Focus week, many activities were held in the Art Basel Cities House, which included a talk with Alec Oxenford (President of arteBA) and Marc Spiegler (Global Director of Art Basel).
December. The end of the year included a cocktail for the URRA-Gasworks alliance with the winners of its third edition: Marianna Simnett and Osías Yanov.
