HSBC, the Fair’s new Main Sponsor, worked jointly with curator Florencia Battiti on the design of an audio guide offered to visitors free of charge. Those interested can obtain the guide at the entrance to the Blue and Green pavilions.
HSBC also hosts, together with arteBA, the First Choice event at the Fair, held behind closed doors and is a sponsor of the Fair’s VIP Program, an agenda of exclusive activities organized especially for people associated with the international art scene and local art collectors: breakfasts and brunches held at galleries, receptions held at private collections and visits to foundations and diverse cultural institutions.
The HSBC Group was founded 152 years ago, and today it includes 4,000 offices in 70 countries and territories, with over 37 million clients worldwide. In Argentina, HSBC is one of the country’s most important financial organizations, with 139 branch offices in 22 provinces and 4,743 employees. The company promotes creativity and innovation in all of its forms through its “HSBC believes in people who create” program, and it is in this same spirit that HSBC is proud to accompany arteBA, Latin America’s most important art fair, for the first time in 2017.
